JUAN PABLO SÁNCHEZ P.

I have always wondered what I would like to do after I graduate from this career, and when I imagine myself in the future, several things come to my mind. If I am honest I have not imagine myself working in the music industry, nevertheless, now that I think about it, it would be a pretty interesting thing to do.
I would love to be in a band and make my own music, but that is an unreachable dream. I play the guitar, but I do not consider myself a musician, I think of myself as someone who really enjoys music and tries to have a good time with it, whether listening to it, or playing it, but never creating it. To be a musician one must have talent, imagination, commitment, and most importantly passion for music. I have great admiration for those who can create music (And when I talk about music, I mean good, well produced, non mediocre music, because anyone can make crappy music) from no were: from those who can write inspiring lyrics and for those who create revolutionary sounds and rhythms.
That is why, If I am realistic, and I relate my career with the possible jobs this industry would have for a financier; and if I consider the fact that I do not have the gift for making music, I would have to say I would like to work as some sort of band manager, label executive, or as an investor. I would love to become an influential person in this great industry, not only for my position, but also for my knowledge and experience. That way I could have two of the things I enjoy having the most in my life: money and music, and at the same time being happy with that I do.
