When I was thinking about what to write, I decided that I didn’t want it to be something about links, music articles or interesting new songs, why? Well because I wanted to share with you what this class was for me and what did I learn from it. I was remembering the first day of class when Danni ask us: How many of you don’t have an i pod? And I was ashamed that just another girl, which I can’t remember who was, and I where the only ones in the class that didn’t have one. But what really makes me feel weird was that I didn’t have an i pod, no because I can’t, but because I really wasn’t that interested in music to have one. Today, I still don’t have an i pod, but my interests in music have changed. Currently I go to my computer and search for new songs, videos, and even articles about what we talk in class, so maybe one day I will be that interested in music that I will buy an i pod. After Danni´s class I never thought about the problems behind illegal downloading, now, I’m always telling everyone how to download good music without doing illegal acts. In fact, I can assure you that all my family and friends know about every single web we used to talk in class. Before Electronic Music and Culture I didn’t really care about artists’ rights because I thought, “They are all rich and they still wanting more and more, that´s incredible”. Now, I have a totally different thought, I not just support their rights, but I also help them to achieve them by doing everything the class taught me. Oh, another thing, Have you ever thought about the multicultural space we have in there? It was amazing, there were Colombians, French, Australians, well one Australian, and I don’t know what else. That is a really good thing in the way that we were able to learn about different cultures, customs, behaviors and a lot much more. This class was a space for me to feel free and happy; off course I was having fun! I hope you, as me, have learned and enjoy that much. Thank you Daniel for being such a good guy and for open your arms and mind for us. See you soon…

The world is a border!!!
I would like share with you this interesting article. It's about the "Latintrónica".
It explain us the origin of the electronic music in Latin America. This is a small paragraph about it: "Ten years ago and more, the press specializing in juvenile, popular and contemporary music (rock, pop, tecno and their derivatives) was speaking about the half-caste rock and was raising that it had come to establish a precedent in the art and the culture. Almost two decades later, when already it is possible to speak with more coldness of the phenomenon that gave groups as Fabulosos Cadillacs, Café Tacuba, Desorden Público, Mano Negra and King Changó, one of the important and relevant points is that there was consolidated a movement that, among other things, moves a multimillionaire business: the world trade of the Latin music, especially regarding the rock".....
